Job descriptionProvide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team. Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure code quality and security. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks. Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose improvements to enhance the development process. Manage project timelines, deliverables, and coordinate cross-team activities. 7+ years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on the MERN stack. Expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. Strong understanding of RESTful API design and implementation. Experience with frontend technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+). Knowledge of version control systems such as Git. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI / CD pipelines is a plus. Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Proven ability to lead and mentor a development team. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack web applications using the MERN stack.
- Architect scalable, efficient, and maintainable backend and frontend solutions.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate business
requirements into technical specifications.
Qualifications and Skills :
Kubernetes is advantageous.
