About the Role

We're looking for a Brand Partnerships Manager to help drive new business, unlock revenue opportunities, and build long-term strategic relationships with brands and agencies. You’ll be at the heart of NexGen’s growth, working directly with decision-makers, creators, and content teams to develop and close high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities

Outreach & Business Development :

Identify new potential clients (agencies, direct-to-brand, etc.) and actively pitch NexGen’s influencer marketing services.

Maintain and grow a strong pipeline of business to meet monthly / quarterly revenue goals.

Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to craft compelling pitches.

Drive proactive outbound efforts through email, LinkedIn, industry events, and networking.

Partnership Execution & Strategy :

Work with internal teams to develop customized influencer marketing strategies for brands.

Lead partnership activations and ensure campaigns are executed smoothly with maximum impact.

Upsell and retain clients by consistently delivering value and identifying new opportunities.

Negotiation & Closure :

Negotiate campaign terms, deliverables, and budgets aligned with client goals and NexGen's capabilities.

Oversee contracts and close deals efficiently and on time.

Relationship Management :

Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers at client organizations.

Serve as the main point of contact for strategic clients and ensure consistent communication.

Encourage client renewals and long-term collaboration.

What We’re Looking For 2+ years of experience in Ad Sales or Influencer Marketing.

Proven track record in closing brand partnerships or media deals.

Strong understanding of influencer / content-driven campaigns and social media trends.

Existing network within the advertising, marketing, or brand ecosystem is a major plus.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Highly motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for the creator economy.
