The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving new business, building strategic partnerships, and successfully onboarding international clients.

Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through consultative engagement.
- Drive the end-to-end sales cycle — from prospecting and lead generation to deal closure.
- Collaborate with internal delivery and technical teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Achieve sales targets and business growth objectives.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
- Create proposals, pitch decks, and business presentations for prospective clients.
Required Skills & Experience :
8+ years of proven business development experience in IT software / consulting services.Strong understanding of global IT services and solutions landscape.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Demonstrated ability to generate leads and convert them into long-term partnerships.Experience in managing international client accounts and onboarding processes.Ability to work independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams.Preferred :
Experience working with clients in the USA, Australia, Europe, or Middle East markets.Familiarity with IT staffing, product development, or enterprise software solutions.Best Regards,
