Senior C-level Executive

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a C-level executive located in Ahmedabad, India OR Pune, India. The C-level executive will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing strategic initiatives, and ensuring the successful execution of product development projects across various domains. They will lead teams, contribute to business growth strategies, and collaborate with clients and stakeholders to achieve organizational goals. The C-level executive will also ensure that all departments function optimally and align with the company's overall vision.

Qualifications

Strong leadership and management skills, with experience overseeing multiple departments within a fast-growing organization.

Deep domain expertise in one or more of [Finance / Technology / Marketing / People Operations]

Strong strategic planning, execution, and people management skills.

Ability to work with cross-functional teams across multiple functions and organizations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Demonstrated ability to lead organizational transformation and scale. Past experience of scaling business operations is desired.

Bachelors’ degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.

15+ years of experience required. Past C-level and / or entrepreneurial experience required.

Past experience of legal and regulatory compliance is a big plus.

Past experience of employment / leadership experience in multiple geographies is a big plus.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the company’s strategies in alignment with overall business objectives.

Lead, mentor, and build high performing teams across multiple departments.

Partner with the existing C-level team and the Board to identify opportunities for innovation, growth, and operational excellence.

Represent the company externally to investors, partners, and key stakeholders

Set and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure the objectives are met and regularly report on progress.

Foster a culture of accountability, excellence and collaboration

Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
