Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Leasing Professional (Sr. Executive to GM level) to join our team. The role involves managing end-to-end leasing activities, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and driving leasing performance across our retail and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete leasing process from prospecting to closure, including site visits, negotiations, documentation, and coordination.
Act as liaison between tenants, brokers, consultants, legal counsel, architects, and internal teams.
Lead daily leasing operations while ensuring adherence to organizational policies and standards.
Review and negotiate lease transactions and agreements.
Ensure completion of all paperwork and maintain a high level of client servicing.
Monitor department productivity and contribute to overall profitability.
Develop and implement leasing policies and procedures for operational efficiency.
Track and analyze competition, market trends, and opportunities.
Build and maintain strong networks with IPCs and leading leasing brokers.
Engage in direct marketing and outreach to prospective corporate tenants.

Qualifications

Postgraduate degree (MBA / PGDM preferred).

5+ years of experience in retail or commercial leasing.

Certification in retail leasing (preferred but not mandatory).

Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Proven ability to drive leasing strategies and achieve targets.
