Job descriptionPursuing Bachelors of Law (LL.B) from a reputed law school / college. Preferably, having knowledge of Corporate and Securities law Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Outstanding drafting and research skills Highly analytical with a strong attention to detail Proven comparable experience in interning with a corporate or law firm
Job Tasks and Responsibilities :
The Intern shall be required to assist in :
- Legal Research including interpretation of laws and judgements of the court
- Examining legal issues related to new business proposals
- Structuring, drafting, reviewing and vetting contracts and other legal documents
- Developing Company's policies and positions on legal issues
- Any other tasks / responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time with respect to legal advisory and documentation.
Duration of Internship : 6 months
