RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Work towards understanding client needs
- Shortlist candidates based on client requirements
- Source, screen, and shortlist profiles from job portals, networking sites, reference networking, and job hunting
- Work towards having a good understanding of keywords and apply the same while searching resumes
- Maintain professional relationships with all stakeholders (managers, HR managers, team members, candidates, etc.)
- Conduct first-level screening / interviews and share the right candidates with the clients
- Schedule job interviews and assist the candidates in the interview process
- Provide periodic reports to management on operations and generating returns.
