What You Will Be Doing

We are looking for a highly skilled Hardware Technical Writer with over 5+ years of experience in developing high-quality hardware documentation. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering , excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience with MadCap Flare . You will work closely with cross-functional engineering, product, and support teams to create comprehensive documentation for hardware products and systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, write, and maintain clear, accurate, and user-friendly hardware documentation such as :
• Installation guides
• Assembly and disassembly instructions
• Technical specifications
• Maintenance and service manuals
• Regulatory and safety documentation
• Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and firmware engineering teams to gather technical information.
• Interpret complex engineering drawings, CAD models, and schematics to create accurate documentation.
• Use MadCap Flare to author, manage, and publish content in various formats (HTML5, PDF, etc.).
• Drive documentation projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Ensure all documentation complies with company standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of documentation processes and tools.
