Salary : Gross Annual – Between INR 6.00 - 7.00 lacs including annual bonus. Sales incentives additional

Overview of the Role

Bee Skilled is inviting you to apply for its Marketing Associate role, as part of the Community Management Team. Working with the Senior Community Coordinator and company CEO, you will be responsible for designing and executing marketing campaigns for Bee Skilled eLearning Programs, primarily focusing on Sub-Saharan Africa.

While the role will primarily focus on Marketing and Sales of eLearning program – which will include designing new campaigns, working with partner agencies and lead conversion, the role will also partially include managing back-end eLearning operations (majorly automated), and managing student CRM.

Responsibilities and Duties

The below-mentioned responsibilities are duties are to be conducted in close supervision of the reporting or project manager.

A.   Marketing and Sales (50%)

a.     Develop new marketing campaigns for African audience for Bee Skilled’s eLearning products

b.     Develop marketing assets on Canva / PowerPoint / Vyond or other image / video software

c.     Organize dissemination on Bee Skilled’s social media using tools like Metricool, Brevo etc.

d.     Liaise with internal IT team to create landing pages or registration forms

e.     Analyze marketing metrics to evaluate outreach and impact

f.      Manage Bee Skilled’s CRM to manage eLearning users

g.     Organize webinars or other marketing events to engage with prospective learners or institutions

h.     Work with partner institutions, influencers and affiliate network for identifying leads or managing conversions

B.   eLearning Management (30%)

a.     Enroll paid users on the training courses

b.     Respond to the queries from enrolled users

c.     Develop weekly training M&E sheet

d.     Develop user engagement tactics on the Hive Platform, WhatsApp or other medium

e.     Develop training related assets as and when relevant

C.   Social Media Management (20%)

a.     Support community management team with social media content related to training events

b.     Develop social media assets using Softwares like Canva

c.     Showcase achievements, events and any other highlights from training on social media in collaboration with other community management team

Required Qualifications

1.  Master’s degree such as MBA in marketing , sales and administration or similar is Highly Preferrable

Experience

A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Marketing of eLearning or other education programs, training management, or other similar role.
