This role is ideal for someone passionate about digital marketing and eager to gain hands-on experience in executing, monitoring, and optimizing not just performance marketing campaigns across various platforms but also keen to learn and move some business metrics

Role Overview :

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Sr. Associate who will not only manage paid marketing campaigns but also take ownership of moving core business metrics such as revenue, CAC, ROAS, and contribution margins. This role requires a balance of execution, analytical thinking, and cross-functional collaboration with category, content, creative, and product teams.

Key Responsibilities :

Campaign Execution & Growth

• Independently plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook, Instagram), and other digital platforms.
• Own end-to-end campaign execution from strategy to delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Scale campaigns while maintaining efficiency on key performance indicators (CPA, ROAS, CM).
