Description : Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain Workday integrations using EIB, Studio, Core Connectors, Payroll Connectors, and Web Services (SOAP / REST) .
- Configure and manage calculated fields, XSLT / XML transformations, and integration strategies .
- Perform data conversions, migrations, and interface development between Workday and external systems.
- Write and review technical design documents, integration specifications, and code reviews .
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent teams to understand business requirements and deliver Workday solutions.
- Provide technical support for Workday modules , including troubleshooting integration issues.
- Build and support APIs and middleware integrations with third-party HR systems (Taleo, Kronos, Cornerstone, etc.).
- Participate in HR transformation projects involving Workday and other ERP systems.
- Support HR reporting needs using Workday, BI tools, and custom reporting frameworks.
- Stay updated on Workday releases, enhancements, and industry best practices .
