Key Responsibilities :

• Perform core Coupa configuration, including updates to meet localization requirements.
• Deploy and support multiple Coupa modules (e.g., Procurement, Invoicing, Expenses).
• Manage incident triage, perform root cause analysis, and work with Coupa Support for resolution and escalations.
• Deliver enhancements and customizations based on specific business needs.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and enterprise IT / system architects.
• Oversee Coupa release management, including planning, impact analysis, and regression testing.
• Manage and monitor Coupa integrations (File-based and API), including error handling.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to drive process improvement and Candidate :
• Strong hands-on experience with Coupa configuration and support.
• Understanding of P2P processes and Coupa best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with global deployments and local compliance.
