WNS is actively hiring for Customer Support Executives for its International Voice and Chat Process .This is a rotational shift role (including night shifts) designed to support global customers across time zones. Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of international BPO experience are welcome to apply. Both graduates and undergraduates are eligible.
️ The role involves handling customer queries via voice calls and live chat, ensuring high-quality service and timely resolution.
✅ Candidates must have excellent spoken and written English communication skills, along with basic computer proficiency.
Prior experience in voice or chat-based customer service is a plus, but not mandatory.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
