Customer Support Executive

Job descriptionMake outbound calls (for inbound / outbound remittances, follow‑ups, promotions) Handle inbound customer calls (product queries, transactions, general support) Listen actively, diagnose needs, and offer solutions Maintain accurate call logs and reports Record customer details, interactions, resolutions Update and ensure integrity of customer data Convert leads into sales, meeting targets Deep knowledge of product lineup, features, pricing, policies Stay current on new launches, offers, and updates Follow call center protocols, scripts, and quality standards Track performance metrics (e.g. handle time, CSAT, adherence) Participate in QA reviews Escalate complex issues; coordinate with other teams to resolve
