Responsibility
- Produce well-researched and engaging content for the clients
- Write clear, concise content for a variety of content types, including Presentation, Poster, Script for videos, Learning content, Quizzes etc.
- Translate the raw concepts / ideas into comprehensive scripts
- Write scripts from scratch with due research for bite-sized, illustrative videos, etc.
- Implement the client feedbacks with a minimum turnaround time
- Interact with business decision-makers to understand their pain points and translate them to clearly defined content requirements
- Work closely with the design team to ensure the quality of the end collateral
- Excellent communication and writing ability, grammatical aptitude, and attention to detail
- Deliver multiple projects in a fast environment, with extreme attention to detail in a remote working environment
- Creativity coupled with business acumen, and ability to understand the financial concepts
- Work independently and reliably with minimum supervision in an unstructured environment
- Draft simple and easy to understand help content that facilitates easy and accurate multi language translation
- Ensure overall documentation is in kept up to date as processes evolve
- Edit and proofread content before delivery to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Monitor, analyze and do a self-review of the performance of content to identify areas for improvement.
Skills
A degree in creative writing or communications or business4 -5 years of e-learning content writing experience with a strong portfolio, preferably in the BFSI domain.Minimum 2 years of experience in stakeholder and team management.Strong attitude, positive, with a willingness & desire to learn and contributeAbility to multitask and be proactive.Storytelling ability - so that the learning consumption becomes easier (Good to have)The mind-set to roll up your sleeves and work in a fast-paced customer focused environmentDesign sense - so the design team can bounce ideas off you (Good to have)Strong research skills and the ability to gather information from reliable sources.
