Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs across various departments.
- Analyze and comprehend job descriptions to strategize effective hiring plans.
- Post job openings on job portals and websites to attract suitable candidates.
- Assist with the recruitment process, including screening resumes , conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process.
- Ensure smooth communication between the HR team and hiring managers to meet recruitment goals.
- Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
Qualifications and Skills :
UG : Any Graduate (open to all disciplines).Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).Motivated and eager to learn about the HR process and recruitment lifecycle.Organizational and multitasking skills to manage recruitment activities efficiently.Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment .Skills Required
