Job Description

This is a full-time operations associate role that requires the candidate to work on-site at VMax Wellness inCoimbatore. The operations associate will manage a range of day-to-day tasks including coordination internal andexternal clients communicating with clients including Messages and calls and documentation. The Operations

Executive will work closely with the VMax Wellness team to ensure smooth and efficient operations and will also be responsible for providing the team with insights and recommendations to improve processes.

Role and Responsibilities

Run reminders and WhatsApp engagement

Make welcome calls and log notes in CRM

Track attendance. Update sheets. Share daily reports

Chat support during webinars. Record engagement

Follow up on registrations no shows and basic queries

Create or update forms links and access

Convert paid webinar leads to clients in CRM. Capture onboarding details

Required Skills

Preferred Degree - BCA BBA BCom BSc IT / CS

0 to 1 year experience. Client Call support experience is an advantage

Strong command of Google Sheets / Excel Presentation / Google Slides MS Word Zoom operations

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (Fluency in English is Mandatory)

Strong problem-solving analytical and multitasking abilities

Self-disciplined proactive detail-oriented and capable of working in a fast-paced environment

Skilled in customer communication webinars moderation and social media management

Enthusiastic about solving operational challenges and optimizing task completion
