Implementation Engineer (Urgent Search)

What You’ll Do

• Lead the implementation of Konecta products into customer ecosystems.
• Act as a consultant and product SME, gathering requirements and aligning solutions with client needs.
• Configure, test, and deploy Konecta software in multi-tenant SaaS environments.
• Train and support users, ensuring smooth adoption and transition to production.
• Troubleshoot implementation issues while effectively communicating updates to clients.
