What You’ll Do

• Strategic leadership - Define the performance marketing roadmap, aligning with business growth targets and brand objectives.
• Multi-channel management - Oversee campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, programmatic, affiliates, and emerging platforms.
• Team management - Lead, mentor, and upskill a team of performance marketers to deliver best-in-class execution.
• Data-driven optimization - Use analytics, attribution models, and experimentation to improve CAC, LTV, and ROI.
• Budget ownership - Manage large-scale marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation across markets and channels.
• Creative direction - Collaborate with design and content teams to produce high-impact creatives and landing pages.
• Testing & innovation - Lead A / B tests on creatives, targeting, bidding strategies, and funnel optimizations.
• Market expansion - Develop strategies for entering new geographies and scaling campaigns internationally.
• Stakeholder collaboration - Work closely with product, growth, brand, and analytics teams to drive aligned outcomes.
