About the Role :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team in Bangalore or Pune. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 8 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying high-quality custom solutions on the Salesforce Platform. You will be instrumental in enhancing our CRM capabilities, integrating Salesforce with external systems, and driving digital transformation across our business Responsibilities :

• Development & Customization : Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable and secure custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura Components.
• Configuration : Implement declarative solutions using standard Salesforce features, including Flows, Process Builder (or Flow Migrations), Validation Rules, Custom Objects, and other configuration tools.
• Integration : Lead and execute complex integration projects between Salesforce and other internal / external systems using REST / SOAP APIs, Platform Events, or middleware tools.
• Technical Design : Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective, robust technical designs that leverage the full capabilities of the Salesforce platform while adhering to best practices and governor limits.
• Quality Assurance : Write comprehensive Apex Test Classes for all new code and participate actively in code reviews to ensure quality, security, and performance standards are met.
• Collaboration : Work closely with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, QA Engineers, and cross-functional teams to define scope, gather requirements, and ensure timely project delivery using Agile / Scrum methodologies.
• Maintenance & Support : Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues, perform system maintenance, and continuously optimize existing Salesforce applications for performance and scalability.
• Documentation : Create and maintain technical design documents, release notes, and operational Skills and Qualifications Skills (Must-Have) :
• Experience : 3- 8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
• Core Languages : Mastery in Apex (classes, triggers, batch jobs, future methods) and SOQL / SOSL.
• Front-End : Strong experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and the Lightning framework,

including Aura Components.
