Ekloud - Salesforce CPQ / Conga Developer

Role Overview :

We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce CPQ + Conga Developer to join our team and drive the implementation and optimization of Conga CPQ / CLM solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Quote-to-Cash (QtC) systems, hands-on development experience with Conga and Salesforce technologies, and the capability to lead / mentor a team of developers in a fast-paced, agile Responsibilities :

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of Conga CPQ / CLM and Conga Billing solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Design and develop scalable, enterprise-grade Salesforce CPQ applications including Product Configurations, Pricing Models, Discounting Rules, and Guided Selling.
• Configure and develop Product Rules, Price Rules, Price Types (e.g., Usage, Recurring, Tiered Pricing), Rating Engines, and Quote Templates.
• Drive custom development in Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and other platform tools to extend CPQ functionality where required.
• Integrate Conga CPQ with other Salesforce clouds and third-party systems using REST / SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
• Implement and enforce coding best practices through Agile methodologies, TDD (Test Driven Development), and CI / CD pipelines using tools such as Git, Jenkins, or Bitbucket.
• Define system architecture and contribute to technical designs with object-oriented principles such as inheritance, encapsulation, and polymorphism.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, architects, and QA engineers to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Mentor and guide a team of Salesforce developers working on Conga integrations and configurations.
• Drive knowledge sharing and documentation for long-term maintainability and knowledge Requirements :
• 7+ years of Salesforce Development experience with expertise in Apex, SOQL, Visualforce, LWC.
• 5+ years of Conga CPQ / CLM hands-on implementation experience including at least :
• 2 full lifecycle implementations of Conga CPQ
• 1 full lifecycle implementation of Conga Billing (preferred)
• Strong command over Quote-to-Cash (QtC) process flows and best practices.
• Deep understanding of Pricing Engines, Configuration Rules, Bundling, Quote Approvals, and Template Management in Conga.
• Knowledge of integration and data migration best practices using Salesforce APIs.
• Hands-on experience with CI / CD pipelines, Git-based version control, and automated deployment tools.
• Good understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts and experience in applying them within Salesforce development.
