Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Graduate Management Trainee located in Hyderabad. The Graduate Management Trainee will be responsible for assisting in various projects, conducting market research, developing business strategies, and learning about the different aspects of the company's operations. The role includes exposure to project management, client interactions, and process optimization. The trainee will also be involved in supporting solar energy initiatives and aligning with the company's mission to promote green energy solutions.

• Interpersonal Skills and Client Interaction skills
• Project Management and Process Optimization skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Renewable Energy, or a related field
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Prior experience or internship in a related field is advantageous
