Recruitment Process Management

  • Undergo comprehensive training to understand recruitment fundamentals and best practices.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to gather staffing requirements and contribute to strategic sourcing plans.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating, selection, and onboarding of candidates.
  • Work under the guidance of senior team members and gradually take independent ownership of recruitment processes.

Sourcing and Candidate Engagement

  • Strategize to attract and engage top talent across different functions, industries, and regions.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for ongoing and future staffing needs.
  • Foster relationships with potential candidates to enhance talent community development.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of recruitment drives, job fairs, and networking events.
  • Recruitment Tools and Systems

  • Learn and utilize CEIPAL (Applicant Tracking System) and other sourcing tools to enhance recruitment efficiency.
  • Maintain and update candidate records systematically within the ATS and recruitment databases.
  • Diversity and Inclusion Initiatives

  • Support the execution of initiatives aimed at promoting diversity and inclusion throughout recruitment activities.
  • Assist in gathering feedback from candidates and hiring managers to continuously improve recruitment practices.
  • Market Research & Analysis

  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, labor market changes, and competitor hiring strategies.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and sourcing data to assess the effectiveness of strategies and suggest improvements.
