International Business Executive (Ivory Coast) - Acute Segment (Urgent Search)

Job descriptionCreate and implement detailed sales plans to meet business goals and revenue targets Analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies to drive growth and Performance. Lead and supervise the sales team, ensuring they meet sales targets and performance metrics. Provide guidance, motivation, and support to optimize team effectiveness. Coordinate with the PMT (Product Management Team) at the Head Office to plan and execute impactful promotional campaigns. Organize and oversee events such as doctors’ meetings, CMEs (Continuing Medical Education), and other promotional activities. Collaborate closely with the PMT and Admin teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing strategies, sales targets, and operational functions. Manage timely communication across teams to streamline business processes. Establish and maintain strong relationships with distributors across various regions. Ensure optimal stock levels and oversee the distribution of product samples to different locations. Monitor distributor performance to ensure product availability and market coverage. Perform any other tasks and assignments as directed by the reporting authority in alignment with departmental and organizational objectives.
