Job descriptionExperience : 2-3 years in operational excellence, process improvement, data analysis, or performance tracking. Technical Skills : Advanced Excel, Power BI, statistical analysis, and dashboard creation. Certifications : Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Soft Skills : Strong analytical mindset, communication, and reporting skills.
Key Responsibilities :
- Performance Management System (PMS) : Develop and track key performance metrics.
- Root Cause Problem Solving (RCPS) : Implement structured problem-solving techniques.
- KPI Definition & Monitoring : Define, set up, and track key business KPIs for productivity, efficiency, and quality.
- KPI Tracking : OEE, OTIF, Yield, COPQ, FTPR, 6S implementation, and audits
- Tiered Reviews & Reporting : Support daily and weekly tiered meetings for performance tracking.
- Data-Driven Decision Making : Use analytics to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Training Records : Documentation and recording of the training records
- Kaizen Drive : Educating workers on kaizens, Collecting and validating kaizen from across teams
