We’re already available online (website, Amazon) and expanding offline with kiosks. We’re looking for a Head of Growth to take our digital business (website + marketplaces) to the next level. This is a high-impact role for someone who knows how to scale D2C brands through smart marketing, sharp analytics, and relentless focus on growth metrics.
What You’ll Do
Own revenue growth across website + marketplace
Drive performance marketing (Meta, Google, marketplaces) – run campaigns directly or hold agencies accountable
Optimize product pages, pricing, promotions, and funnels to increase AOV & conversions
Track & improve key growth KPIs : Revenue, AOV, CAC, ROAS
Build acquisition + retention strategies (email, SMS, loyalty, referrals)
What We’re Looking For
5–8 yrs in growth, digital marketing, or e-commerce (D2C preferred)
Deep knowledge of paid ads & e-commerce growth levers
Data-driven and results-oriented with a track record of scaling revenue
Hands-on, entrepreneurial, and excited to own outcomes
