Job Description
1. Executive Support
Manage and maintain the CMD’s calendar, appointments, and travel schedules.
Prepare daily agendas, meeting briefs, and relevant documents.
Draft, review, and organize correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Handle confidential information with utmost discretion.
2. Coordination & Communication
Liaise between CMD and internal departments (Sales, Marketing, Projects, Finance, HR, Legal, etc.).
Follow up on pending actions, ensuring timely completion of CMD directives.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Schedule, coordinate, and document key meetings (MOM, follow-ups, action points).
3. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain records, project trackers, and MIS reports as directed by management.
Assist in preparing reports, dashboards, and presentations for management reviews.
Organize documentation related to real estate projects, client meetings, approvals, and contracts.
4. Meeting & Event Management
Plan and coordinate review meetings, project visits, and business events.
Record meeting minutes and track the status of follow-up actions.
Ensure smooth execution of CMD’s daily and weekly plans.
5. Strategic & Operational Assistance
Support CMD in strategic decision-making through data collation and research.
Assist in business reviews, performance analysis, and policy implementation.
Coordinate with marketing, sales, and project teams for report consolidation.
Requirements
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Knowledge of real estate operations, documentation, and terminology preferred.
Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines
