Job Title : Chemical Process Developer
We are seeking a highly skilled chemical process developer to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in chemical processes, materials science, and manufacturing systems.
Job Description :
- The successful applicant will design and develop chemical processes for the production of chemicals, fuels, pharmaceuticals, food products, or materials.
- They will conduct material and energy balances, process simulations, and flow diagrams (PFDs) for chemical plants or production systems.
- Optimizing chemical processes to improve yields, reduce costs, and increase energy efficiency while ensuring environmental sustainability.
- Scaling up laboratory processes to pilot and industrial scales, ensuring smooth transitions from R&D to full production.
- Developing and implementing process control strategies to maintain desired product quality and consistency.
