Asst. Manager – Energy Business – Houze of Jindal

Location : Bangalore, Koramangala | Work Mode : On-site | Position : Full-time

Houze of Jindal , a leading Indian conglomerate in infrastructure, power, and steel, is driving India’s energy transition with its renewable energy and power initiatives. We are looking for an experienced and strategic Manager to lead and drive business initiatives in our Energy Business division.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead market research, competitive analysis, and identification of new business opportunities in the energy sector.

Drive business development activities including client engagement, proposal preparation, and partner evaluations.

Develop financial models, conduct project feasibility studies, and support strategic decision-making.

Prepare and present insights, reports, and recommendations to senior leadership.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of projects and initiatives.

Mentor and guide junior team members or interns in the Energy Business team.

What We’re Looking For :

MBA (Finance, Strategy, or Operations) from a reputed institute.

3-6 years of work experience, preferably in energy, infrastructure, or consulting.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.

Highly proactive, strategic mindset, and capable of driving results in a fast-paced environment.
