IAM Engineer (CIAM)

The IAM Senior Engineer will be responsible for the service design, build and documentation all key elements of Client Customer IAM and Certificate Lifecycle Management supporting infrastructure and services that are part of the overall authentication and authorization infrastructure of Client.About the RoleWhat We’re Looking F- orMinimum 6 to 8 years of relevant practical experience in Customer Identity and Access Management design, implement and support of large-scale, global environments supporting over 20,000,000 users and globally diversified application authentication requiremen- ts.Deep hands-on experience with Customer Identity Management Solutions such as Azure AD and Okta in the B2B and B2C spa- ce.Experience in Directory Services and working knowledge of tools currently available to support LD- AP.Experience implementing audit, logging, and monitoring polici- es.Experience in MFA, RBA, SSO, Conditional Access in the customer access spa- ce.Deep understanding and implementation knowledge in fraud prevention and identity verification algorith- ms.Experience with implementing and supporting Public Key Infrastructures including Certificate Lifecycle Management and external PKI provide- rs.Experience with implementing role-based acce- ss.Strong scripting skills in Java is essential for this ro- le.Strong implementation experience of web authentication such as OAuth, API-token, OpenID, SAML, REST, Directories, e- tc.Strong working experience in Agile methodology.Required Sk- illsDeep hands-on experience with Customer Identity Management Solutions such as Azure AD and Okta in the B2B and B2C s- pace.Strong scripting skills in Java is essential for this- role.Strong implementation experience of web authentication such as OAuth, API-token, OpenID, SAML, REST, Directories,etc.Preferred S- killsExperience in Directory Services and working knowledge of tools currently available to support- LDAP.Experience implementing audit, logging, and monitoring pol- icies.Experience in MFA, RBA, SSO, Conditional Access in the customer accessspace.Responsib- ilitiesFollow the deployment processes, which includes Build and Transition of all new initiatives, and includes phase gates reviews for key stake- holders.Maintains an understanding of all current and emerging Customer Identity and Access Management technologies, open system standards, management technologies as they relate to the support of Client infrast- ructure.Identifies and assumes an ownership role of Identity and Access Management Infrastructure, project delivery and security man- agement.Provide leadership and act as a senior level mentor and provide support to technical personnel for any / all issues regarding service design, implementation, education and support of Identity and Access Management infrastructure and avail- ability.Stays current on regional application and infrastructure projects to maintain effective availability and global consistency amongst regional infrastructure, integration, and config- uration.Gathers project / application requirements from customers and stake- holders.Help define support requirements and management infrast- ructure.Develops, documents, and supports scripts required to deliver a variety of Identity synchronization so- lutions.Ensures that third party solutions follow all Client st- andards.Provides senior management and general staff with accurate and complete status info- rmation.Additional responsibilities include participation in global 7x24 support model, planning and organization of projects, tasks, and support initiatives as assigned.
