Job description

We at Manifest AI are looking for our AI Solutions Expert, and, we aim to disrupt how eCommerce is done today.

Replacing the "search and browse way of shopping" with "asking and Get what you want way of shopping".

Roles and responsibilities

  • Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and customer interaction needs.
  • Train AI chatbots using client-specific data, ensuring the models align with their desired outcomes.
  • Conduct scenario-based testing of AI chatbots to ensure they handle various customer interactions effectively.
  • Identify and report any inconsistencies or areas of improvement in chatbot responses.
  • Offer training and support to clients on how to effectively use and maintain their AI chatbots.
  • Provide ongoing assistance to ensure that the chatbot continues to meet evolving client needs.

Requirements

  • Timings - US shift [EST]
  • Joining - Immediate
  • Experience - 2 year minimum
  • Engineering degree is a must, especially in Computer Science would be an advantage.
  • Location - HSR Layout, Bengaluru
