Position – Team Lead (Customer Support)

Location : Ameerpet

Work mode – Hybrid after 3 months

Interview Process : 2 managerial Rounds (face to face interview)

Key Requirements :

  • Qualifications : Any Graduation
  • Experience : Minimum 2–4 years overall, with at least 1 year as a Team Leader on paper
  • Process Experience : Domestic Inbound Customer Support (Voice Process)
  • Languages : Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi & Telugu

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and supervise a team of customer support executives in a domestic inbound process ( 35- 40-member team).
  • Monitor and drive team performance, productivity, and adherence to service level targets.
  • Provide regular feedback and coaching to enhance team effectiveness.
  • Handle customer escalations and ensure prompt resolution.
  • Skills and Abilities :

  • Performance Metrics Handling : Proven experience in managing key KPIs such as AHT, FCR, CSAT
  • Ability to manage pressure and resolve issues efficiently
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across multiple languages
