We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on Director of Sales to drive commercial success, spearhead strategic growth, and position the company as the undisputed category leader in one of the world’s most dynamic markets.
This is a rare opportunity to own the India go-to-market strategy, land marquee accounts, build and lead a high-performing sales team, and help major enterprise clients drive digital transformation across product development, sourcing, and supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Architect and execute a multi-year, scalable go-to-market plan tailored to the Indian enterprise landscape.
- Lead enterprise sales cycles end-to-end—from pipeline generation to C-suite engagement and deal closure.
- Secure high-value enterprise accounts and grow existing client relationships to exceed multi-million ARR quotas .
- Operate as a player-coach , recruiting and mentoring a team of Account Executives while leading by example.
- Drive forecasting accuracy , sales discipline, and process maturity using tools like Salesforce.
- Partner cross-functionally with Solution Consulting, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment and growth.
- Represent the brand at industry events and trade shows to position the company as a thought leader in the Indian market.
Your Profile :
10+ years of enterprise complex solutions sales experience , with 3–5+ years in leadership roles.Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in India , especially in retail, consumer goods, or manufacturing sectors.Strong command of value-based and solution selling methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC).Deep experience selling complex IT / SaaS solutions into C-level stakeholders.Entrepreneurial mindset with experience launching new markets and scaling teams .Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Strong forecasting and pipeline management abilities; Salesforce proficiency preferred .Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent a plus .Familiarity with PLM, Planning, Pricing, Merchandising, Sourcing, or Commercialization workflows is highly desirable.If you're an ambitious sales leader ready to build and scale a new frontier, we’d love to hear from you.
