We are looking for a visionary leader to co-build and scale a high-growth Microsoft D365 F&O practice across India and global markets. This role combines business development, delivery excellence, and talent leadership to drive transformation for clients using Microsoft technologies.
Key Responsibilities
As an Inspirational Business Leader
- Drive growth of the Microsoft D365 ERP business by acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts.
- Possess good understanding of overall D365 stack at use – F&O, CE, PP and Copilot
- Preferably having COPILOT based scenarios implementation / POC executed
- Lead sales and business development independently, engaging with CXOs to craft compelling value propositions.
- Present solutions, handle deep functional / technical discussions, and win strategic deals.
- Build strong market presence and influence among boards and CEOs.
As a Market Maker
Strategize differentiated offerings aligned with Microsoft’s macro-opportunity.Collaborate closely with Microsoft India on joint GTM initiatives.Develop and execute a 3-year business plan covering structure, growth, and investments.Deliver on financial metrics including sales, revenue, and gross margin.As a Practice Leader
Attract, nurture, and grow top talent; build a robust skill development framework.Represent the company externally through thought leadership, white papers, and industry forums.Oversee successful delivery of Microsoft projects, ensuring quality and client satisfaction.Mentor teams on best practices, user experience, and business alignment.Desired Leadership Experience
13+ years in Microsoft D365 ERP across presales, delivery, and practice management.10+ years in selling and delivering Microsoft AX / D365 ERP solutions in India.Proven experience in building and scaling teams.Strong CXO-level client engagement and relationship management.Desired Technical Experience
12+ years in architecture / design of D365 Finance & Operations; 5+ years in complex enterprise-wide implementations.Extensive experience in Pre-sales, GTM & Business development.Expertise in D365 Finance, Supply Chain, Project Operations, and Commerce.Exposure to Business Central, Customer Experience modules, Power Platform, and Insights.Experience in creating IPs, accelerators, and innovative solutions that drive business impact.
