Job Summary :
We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, understanding their needs, explaining our products / services, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities :
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Handle inbound inquiries professionally and provide relevant information.
- Explain company products and services clearly and persuasively.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and client information in the CRM.
- Follow up with leads to convert inquiries into confirmed sales or appointments.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with clients.
- Provide feedback to the management team regarding customer queries and concerns.
Requirements :
Minimum qualification : 12th pass / Graduate preferred.Excellent verbal communication skills in [English / Hindi / Regional language].Good listening and interpersonal skills.Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is a plus.Salary : Based on experience and performance (Fixed + Incentives)
Work Timings : 10 : 00 AM – 6 : 30 PM, Monday to Saturday
