Key responsibilities.
Handle inbound calls related to client products and ServicesResolve customer queries efficiently while ensuring customer satisfactionProvide product and service information both in Hindi and EnglishRecord and update customer interactions accurately in the systemEscalate unresolved issues to the concerned department in a timely mannerMaintain quality standards and follow process guidelinesRequired Skills and Qualification
Minimum qualification : +2 / Intermediate (Graduate Preferred)Proficiency in Hindi and English is mandatoryExcellent verbal communication and listening skillsAbility to handle customer interactions with patience and empathy.Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM tools)Other details :
