Job Description

As an Immigration Sr. Manager, he / she will oversee and manages all aspects of immigration service line for assigned territory / s, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and providing support to employees navigating the immigration process. This role also involves building and managing immigration processes, acting as a subject matter expert, and providing strategic guidance to various stakeholders.

• Oversee the immigration compliance and case working processes
• Developing and implementing efficient immigration processes, to adapt to changes to law, practice and technologies.
• Mitigate risks by ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and quality standards, and implementing robust risk management processes.
• Ownership of process execution / technology expertise / account management; provides expert guidance, drives improvements, and intensively collaborates with all the stakeholders
• Acting as a primary point of contact for employees and providing guidance on all aspects of immigration.
• Conducting training for team members and providing ongoing support to ensure consistent service delivery.
• Preparing reports on immigration metrics, identifying trends, and making recommendations for process improvements.
• Work closely with SMEs and Operational excellence team to drive efficiency in process
