Growth Marketing Strategist - AI

Job descriptionSupport and manage email campaigns, LinkedIn InMail campaigns, and other outreach channels. Segment leads, track responses, and optimize outreach for higher conversion. Collaborate with the sales team to align messaging and targeting strategies. Work closely with the sales team to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified leads. Provide campaign performance reports and actionable insights. Assist in preparing sales decks, case studies, and follow-up communication material. First Principles Thinking Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or related field. 0–3 years of experience in digital marketing / outreach / sales enablement (internship or full-time). Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Campaign Manager and email campaign tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.) along with Agentic AI tools for marketing. Good understanding of marketing KPIs and reporting . Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong interest in AI, SaaS, or deep-tech industries is a big plus. Opportunity to work at the intersection of AI and enterprise innovation. 1. LinkedIn Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and optimize LinkedIn campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness.
- Track and improve KPIs such as CTR, conversion rate, cost per lead, and engagement rate .
- Create and manage content calendars for posts, ads, and targeted campaigns.
