You’ll own orders & GMV : channel user intent across segments and surfaces , decide what shows where & when on-app, prove what converts, and scale it—weekly, repeatably, profitably. This is a business seat with real P&L impact, not a campaign-ops role.

fix friction with Product / Ops so demand actually lands.
design MOV & repeat nudges to keep cohorts healthy.
scale only what clears payback / CM .
influence assortment / pricing via market intel.
Team & scope
Lead a growth pod (CRM specialist, growth analyst, Calling TL) with tight partnerships across Product, Category, Ops, Design . Teams execute— you own outcomes .
