Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Design and architect VoIP / SIP protocol–based systems with high availability and interoperability.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement solutions for complex system issues.
Lead and mentor a technical team of 10+ members, ensuring delivery excellence.
Prepare and present technical documentation and executive-level presentations.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to develop and enhance video calling systems.
Must-Have Skills & Experience
8+ years of hands-on experience in VoIP / SIP protocol architecture and implementation.
Proven expertise in system design and root cause analysis .
Demonstrated leadership of 10+ person technical teams .
Strong ability to produce technical documentation and executive presentations .
Solid experience with video calling systems .
Nice-to-Have Skills
Knowledge of WebRTC for interoperability.
Experience in the VRS (Video Relay Service) industry .
Familiarity with Sorenson products .
Exposure to AWS infrastructure for scalable deployments.
