Lead Technology Architect - Cloud Infrastructure

We are seeking an experienced Lead Technology Architect to define and deliver innovative technology solutions across our products and platforms. This role blends hands-on engineering with strategic leadership - ideal for someone who has built and scaled platforms, led multi-disciplinary teams, and worked across a variety of modern stacks.

Key Responsibilities :

• Define the overall technology vision, architecture and roadmap across cloud, data and application layers.
• Evaluate and introduce emerging technologies (serverless, microservices, blockchain, VR, AI / ML) where they create business value.
• Lead cross-functional engineering teams to deliver secure, scalable and high-performing solutions.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate needs into technical designs and delivery plans.
• Oversee DevOps, cloud infrastructure, data operations and application development practices.
• Mentor and coach engineers; foster a culture of innovation, automation and quality.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and cost optimisation in cloud environments.
