Job Title : HCM Technical

We are seeking a highly skilled HCM Technical Engineer to work on compensation and equity area in Oracle.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oracle HCM Tech (Integrations, Data Conversion, Reports, Fast Formulas)
• Functional Coverage with hands-on expertise in OTBI, BI Publisher, and HDL / SDL
• Optional experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is a strong advantage
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
• Excellent communication and documentation skills

About this role :

The ideal candidate should have strong functional knowledge of HCM extract, HCM API integration, HDL imports, and added expertise in Mulesoft is a plus.
