Key Responsibilities :
- Acquire existing and potential new Sub-broker / Franchise / channel partners, both individually and with your team.
- Handhold and work closely with partners to ensure scale-up, retention, and transactions, while adding new clients through initiatives.
- Provide key market and competition insights to business, product, and senior management teams.
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Analyse sales metrics to determine business growth potential by cities and addition of hub & spoke models.
- Organize events and activities to generate leads and drive Sub-broker / IFA acquisition.
