Responsibilities

Requirement gathering for SCM & OPM business processes.

Configure SCM & OPM modules (Inventory, Purchasing, OM, OPM Quality, Product Dev, GST, Costing).

Lead / assist in implementations, testing (SIT / UAT), and go-live support.

Provide user training and post-production support.

Coordinate with technical teams for RICE components.
