Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives.
- Lead and manage the HR department including recruitment, onboarding, performance
management, learning and development, compensation and benefits, and employee
relations.
Design and monitor HR metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of HRinitiatives.
Partner with leadership to develop workforce and succession plans.Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR policies andlabor law requirements.
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
