Exprtex , the advanced materials division of Shingora Textiles Pvt. Ltd. , is looking for a dynamic Head of Sales to lead growth across defence, aerospace, industrial safety, and global technical-textile markets.

At Exprtex, we design and manufacture flame-retardant, ballistic, and protective fabrics that meet international standards for performance and protection. We collaborate with DRDO, ISRO, and global OEMs to develop cutting-edge textile solutions made proudly in India.

What You’ll Do

• Build and execute a sales strategy for domestic and international markets.
• Lead institutional and B2B sales across defence, industrial safety, and protective apparel sectors.
• Identify and manage global distributor and OEM partnerships.
• Achieve revenue and margin targets through value-based selling and strong technical understanding.
• Work closely with R&D, production, and marketing teams to align pipeline, forecasts, and product launches.
• Lead and mentor a performance-driven sales team.
