Assistant Manager - Tendering For Power equipment

Job descriptionReviewing & Preparing Technical / Tender Documents : Analyze and prepare detailed technical documents and proposals for tenders Scope of Work Preparation : Define the scope of work and ensure it aligns with project requirements and customer specifications Feasibility Checking : Assess the feasibility for qualification, including financial criteria, technical requirements, and other relevant factors Presentations & Risk Matrix : Develop presentations for stakeholders and create risk matrices to assess potential project risks Approval for Bidding : Provide necessary information to top management for approval before submitting bids Managing Portal Sites : Handle and manage relevant portal sites for submitting and tracking tenders
Required Candidate Profile :
- Experience in technical document review, preparing tender documents, and scope of work preparation
- Strong understanding of qualification criteria and financial assessment for tenders
- Ability to create risk matrices and provide strategic recommendations to management
