Job Description : Performance Marketing Executive - HR- (Tanvi Shinde)

Role Responsibilities :

Manage & optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Video).
Plan & execute strategies for campaign structuring, targeting & creatives.
Lead a small team (3 members) & ensure timely project delivery.
Generate weekly / monthly reports on performance, ROI & revenue.
Stay updated with industry trends & platform developments.
Present in Monthly / Quarterly Business Reviews to showcase growth.

What We’re Looking For :

3–5 years’ experience in Google Ads / PPC / SEM.

Tech Graduate / MBA with strong digital marketing knowledge.

Strong analytical, creative & problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication & leadership abilities.

Passionate about internet marketing & performance growth.

Location : Thane (Mumbai Region)
