JOB DESCRIPTION -

• Lead the HR function with a primary focus on end-to-end recruitment across all levels, ensuring timely and high-quality hiring.
• Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies, leveraging employer branding, innovative sourcing methods, and strong candidate pipelines.
• Enhance employee engagement initiatives, foster a performance-driven culture, and support leadership development.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and organizational standards.
• Collaborate with senior management to design HR frameworks that align with long-term business goals.
• Manage HR operations, including performance management, employee relations, and policy implementation.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in building high-performing teams and managing HR at a strategy.
