Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies, leveraging employer branding, innovative sourcing methods, and strong candidate pipelines. Enhance employee engagement initiatives, foster a performance-driven culture, and support leadership development. Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and organizational standards. Collaborate with senior management to design HR frameworks that align with long-term business goals. Manage HR operations, including performance management, employee relations, and policy implementation. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience in building high-performing teams and managing HR at a strategy.
